You will find a bunch of unsecure net cams, mostly of offices. On some, you can move the camera. The register posted about it. (link (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/01/08/web_surveillance_cams_open_to_all/)) As well as hack a day (click (http://www.hackaday.com/entry/1234000160026949/)), and you can find a thread about it here (http://www.graffe.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26886&page=1&pp=20).
Here are some links to ones that I like:
Starbucks (http://219.117.243.105:8080/ViewerFrame?Mode=Motion&Resolution=320x240&Quality=Motion&Interval=30&Size=STD&PresetOperation=Move&Language=0
) (Click on the second preset for it to automatically go to Starbucks)
Skiing place (http://webcam5.vill.togakushi.nagano.jp/ViewerFrame?Mode=Motion&Language=1
).

Oh, and here (http://www.opentopia.com/hiddencam.php) is a link to indexed netcams.

Happy netcam viewing!

i dont see why its Unsecure, the ones that you can control are ment to be controled, you just buy the cam and the softwear. im sure if they didnt want anybody to see them they wouldnt connect them to the internet + they will be able to see that people are viewing it and wudnt be hard to stop it.

The reason why they are unsecure, is because there is no username nad password. These cams can just get cached by google.
Just check out this posting http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=362088

whats so bad about being indexed by google, surely they are there to be viewed, thats why it is anonymous viewing.

Ummm well I'm sure most of these places use these cams for hidden security cameras. Now if you ran a business, would you like someone to know where your hidden security camera is?

ok i do see your point and do agree with you but if they didnt want people to see them why would they install a camera thats made to be controlled off the internet... there must be alot of ways to keep it safe. but i spose some people dont realie that it isnt safe lol, so havent done anything to prevent it, haha fools. google rocks

Note that a few of these places, a couple universities i noticed, actually ment to have these cameras available to the public, and linked to them from their sites main page.

Yup exactly. Not everyone understands that if they put the cam online, and not protect it that anyone can access it freely. Some cams even have the default username and password to edit the configuration files.

Yeah, for sure. Datacenters like to do this.
