Anyway... my favorite anime is definately Trigun.
It's not the best drawn anime of all, but it sure is unique.

Funny, disturbing, dramatic, violent, warm...
This one has it all ;)

After the 26 episodes, I had the feeling there was much left to be told though.
Wolfwood's story should have been larger imo, as this was a great character.

If you decide to watch this, be sure to take the non-dubbed version, as the voices make you laugh without understanding what they say :D
But that's what the subs are for...

Heh. My current favorite is Princess Tutu, which I'm sure no one's heard of or would willingly watch . . . but it's awesome. Definitely shojo, which I normally don't care for, and centering around ballet, which I don't like, but since it's only 26 episodes it's nice and compact with no filler episodes. *detests filler episodes* I'm very much a fan of the shorter animes. The general plot is your basic magical girl, but the specifics are very unique. Other than that, Witch Hunter Robin is rather good, and Cowboy Bebop. I haven't decided if I actually like Excel Saga or not . . .

These are animes I have seen on cartoon network and I liked them. I even recorded the trigun series on movie casettes since I'll be damned if I pay 20 dollars for each 3 episodes of the anime.

My favs not even from Japan (th0 painted in Japan). It's Batman the Animated Series. The show that is most true to the character, and features the most dynamic group of villains, all presented in masterful dark-deco design.

The voice casting was superb, having the unrecognizable Mark Hamill as the clown Joker, to Kevin Conroy, whos voice resonates the fact that he was born to be Batman/ Bruce Wayne.

I could go on and on, but this series is the epitome of masterpeice, and I'm looking forward to buying the new DVD (http://www2.warnerbros.com/warnervideo/classiccartoons/batman.html) is only it wasn't sold out here. 4 discs; 28 episodes all from Season One. The price of the episode: The Grey Ghost featuring Adam West (the old TV Batman in a more serious role here), is worth the price alone.

my favourite was zentrix, but i havn't seen many animes, northern ireland dont seem to have many on tv, i downloaded the animatrix it was great, i liked the haunted house one in it, i also seen a movie called spirited away, it was great

Hmm ANIME eh?

Well, I kind of stopped watching lots of them a while ago, but some of my favourites I remember:
Love Hina, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Full.Metal.Panic, Onegai Teacher, Chobits, Kenshin, Ayashi no ceres, Ah! my goddess and mmmm... probably a bunch more. I tend to like lots of them, but if I hate one, I really hate it.

I prefered the old Simpsons episodes, they were funnier. :(
That 300th episode of Simpsons, that had Bart working somewhere, wasn't really funny.
Oh, and I can't forget another Anime Series I really liked: Zodiac Knights. ;)
